Craddock Local Solutions, LLC was established in 2018 to provide real estate and economic development advisory services to local, state and federal government organizations, transportation authorities, and higher education institutions. Our team is made up of former public-sector economic development and private-sector real estate professionals. Together, the team has a deep well of experience delivering practical, real-world solutions to public sector clients to ensure they meet their economic development goals.

Members of our team have led the development and implementation of strategic capital planning and public-private real estate solutions for multiple federal and local agencies, including the U.S. Departments of Veterans Affairs, Defense, Energy and Transportation, the General Services Administration and the Deputy Mayor’s Office of Planning and Economic Development in Washington, D.C., among others.
Our team members have supported transaction execution and portfolio and asset management efforts, performed real estate project due diligence, site analyses, market surveys and highest and best use studies to evaluate development opportunities nationwide.
Our team’s extensive experience also includes transactional services and support with legal negotiations, project design, zoning and entitlements, public financing and project management of public-private real estate partnerships for economic development projects across the country.
